Codes and Standards Subscription Service

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Healthcare Environment and Facilities Programs (HEFP/19HEF) is a program office that currently has a subscription service using a contractor resource that has been in place since 2018. The service provides access to electronic version of international/national codes and standards for all VHA staff. The vendor will provide electronic access to international and national codes and standards for the entire Veterans Health Administration. The solution provided by the contractor must seamlessly provide all functional requirements, including electronic access to search and access and where permissible by the Publisher download/print. Where limitations are placed by the Publisher, (example NFPA's restriction to view only) the Healthcare Environment Facilities Programs (HEFP) Codes/Standards service representative shall be informed of the restrictions. When the publisher does not provide access to electronic versions, the option to purchase and send hard copy formats shall be provided. ** See attached RFQ for additional information and quote details **
