The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to Intland Software GmbH, Sigmaringer Str. 107, Stuttgart, Baden-W rttemberg, 70567 Germany; a quantity of two (2) codeBeamer ALM Named License, a quantity of five (5) codeBeamer ALM Floating License, a quantity of two (2) codeBeamer ALM Named Licenses Maintenance and a quantity of five (5) codeBeamer ALM Floating License Maintenance in accordance with the attached Standard Form 18 (SF18) - Request for Quotations. Intland Software GmbH is the developer/manufacturer of the required software that is already in use at the Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dam Neck and this requirement is to add additional licenses and support. Without utilizing this vendor and the software sought, the government would create unanticipated and unbudgeted costs to test and select another vendor's software product.

Please include shipping/freight cost to Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.

Quote is due 15 August 2018, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 28 August 2018.
