COD Supplemental Engineering & Technical Support Services

Background
The Department of Transportation, specifically the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is seeking supplemental engineering and technical support services for the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center's Center Operations Division. The division is responsible for facility operations and maintenance, engineering, design, and construction services for all organizations and personnel residing on properties located at the Technical Center. The Facilities Engineering and Facilities Operations Branches within Center Operations are responsible for providing a safe, healthy, and secure work environment while operating, maintaining, and enhancing the Technical Center's support infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to provide a range of services as outlined in the attached Screening Information Request (SIR) and request for Proposal (RFP) documents. These services include facility operations and maintenance, engineering, design and construction services, as well as ongoing sustainment and enhancement of the physical infrastructure of the campus and requisite supporting services. The contract opportunity type is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Time and Material contract. A competitive set-aside among Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) will be conducted for this procurement.

Period of Performance
The original published date of the solicitation was February 27, 2024, with offers due by March 25, 2024. The period of performance for the contract will be determined based on the awarded contract terms.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for this contract will be at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405.
