The purpose of this project is to provide a robust and pseudo self-maintainable A/V solution to allow for easy viewing of briefings for personnel located throughout the Coates Hall Auditorium. To enhance personnel's ability to view briefings we propose that there are several monitors to be added/distributed throughout the auditorium to allow for members that cannot read the main screen to look to a wall/ hanging displays and read said monitor. The 116 ACW is also looking to put in a new solution to allow for HD - UHD (4k) display to be installed.
