CO2 Scrubber Inspection   3

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Cepeda Associates, Inc. to perform pier-side intrusive material inspections of CO2 Removal Units, Scrubber No. 1, Scrubber No. 2, with Submarine Maintenance Monitoring and Support Performance Monitoring Team (SMMS PMT) assistance under the on-site direction of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY&IMF). The primary focus of this task will be thorough intrusive inspection of the CO2 scrubbers. This inspection is the first step in the new Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). The tentative period of performance is 1 February 2023 31 March 2023.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the Size Standard of 1,250 applies. Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the award date. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, DFARS 06/23/2022 and NMCARS 18-22.
