CNSP Financial Analyst Support - SEAPORT   2

Background
The Commander Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) is seeking financial analysis and audit remediation support services.

This contract is a non-personal services contract aimed at providing comprehensive financial analysis, audit readiness, system support, and training services to the CNSP Comptroller Finance staff. The goal is to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency across the surface forces.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
2. Audit Readiness: Prepare for audits by ensuring that all financial documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
3. System Support: Provide technical assistance and support for financial systems used by the CNSP.
4. Training Services: Develop and deliver training programs for finance staff to enhance their skills in financial management and compliance.
5. Quality Control: Implement a quality control program to ensure compliance with contract standards.
6. Reporting: Deliver monthly reports on financial analysis status, including expenditure rates and issues requiring government resolution.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes one base year of 12 months starting from March 9, 2026, with four optional years extending through March 8, 2031.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at COMNAVSURFPAC, Comptroller Office, Code N00F, Building 11, 2841 Rendova Road, Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, CA 92155.
