CMS Enterprise Access Management System (CEAMS)

Background
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), specifically the Office of Information Technology (OIT), is responsible for serving Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries nationwide.

The OIT plays a crucial role in providing enterprise-wide software development, hosting, management, and oversight. This Limited Sources Justification pertains to the CMS Enterprise Access Management System (CEAMS) and aims to extend the existing contract with Alcor Technical Solutions LLC to ensure continuity of operations during a critical transition period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Operations and Maintenance support for key enterprise shared services, including but not limited to:

1. Continuation of Operations and Maintenance of legacy shared services such as Active Directory & LDAP.
2. Release of new features and functionalities for the Enterprise User Access (EUA) and Identity Credentialing Tool (ICT) systems.
3. Implementation of human-centered design-based solutions to improve end-user experience across relevant systems.
4. Automation of business processes, enabling real-time data collection, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and overall improvement in business operations.

Period of Performance
The contract extension is planned for a period of six months, allowing for continuity from July 2025 to December 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor's location in Baltimore, MD.
