CM Svcs, Three (3) STLI Projects at Liberty Island, Ellis Island & Battery Park

Please quote the following items or equivalent items using existing GSA schedule contract. Please identify the schedule number or state Open Market Pricing on your quote as applicable. Attached is a Request for Quote letter, Terms of Conditions attachment, CM Price Schedule, and draft Scope of Services to provide three (3) construction management services representatives (CMR's) for the following projects at Status of Liberty National Monument and Ellis Island, New York County, New York: (1) STLI-256938 Rehabilitate Terreplein at Fort Wood on Liberty Island; (2) STLI-312431 Rehabilitate Main Immigration Building Exterior Components on Ellis Island; and (3) STLI-324873 Relocate Ferry Embarkation & Security Screening Operations at Battery Park. Please review the attached documents listed in the RFQ if you wish to submit a quote. For the purposes of this solicitation, interested vendors shall provide a quote for the items in the attached Construction Management price schedule. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Alan Stormont at alan_stormont@nps.gov AND Contracting Officer Jeffery Hepp at Jeffery_hepp@nps.gov as soon as possible, but no later than 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
