Cloud Services Solicitation

Background
The 38th Engineering Squadron (38 ES) at Tinker AFB, OK is seeking a credit-balance in cloud services to facilitate rapid prototyping, development, and deployment of technical solutions.

The squadron plays a critical role in supporting Air Force missions and maintaining expertise in various technical solutions, including network appliances and security systems. This contract aims to provide the necessary cloud infrastructure to support these operations effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will provide cloud services that include:
- 100,000 credits of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for one initial year with two option years;
- compliance with FedRAMP High Environment standards;
- support for Information Level (IL) 5;
- multiple regions with at least two data centers located 500 miles apart;
- redundant availability zones within each region;
- user role segmentation with varying permission levels;
- visibility into spending and burn-rate of infrastructure;
- virtualized infrastructure capable of running commercially available operating systems;
- specification of resources needed for virtualized infrastructure;
- access from both DoD and commercial networks;
- enforcement of two-factor authentication on user accounts;
- the ability to terminate resources and destroy unused virtualized instances. Additionally, the contractor must ensure compliance with AFI 17-130 for all applicable Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) IA and IA-enabled products.
