Cloud Hosted Case Management Solution

We are re-opening the Phase 1 submission to allow for additional vendor participation and time to submit Phase 1 responses. This will be a contract to provide a cloud hosted Case Management Solution. The solution should take into account system design, architecture, configuration, development, testing and validation, integration, training, deployment, and operational support services. The solution will initially be used to support audits, inspections and evaluations, and compliance reviews for quality assurance work with a future state capable of supporting other mission functions (e.g., legal cases, investigations, council, acquisitions) within the OIG.
