Background
The contract is for Clinical Research Data Management and Systems Support issued by the Office of Acquisitions, DEA, NIAID, National Institutes of Health. The purpose of Amendment 3 is to provide some clarification on the Pricing Template. The proposal due date remains the same.

Work Details
The activities supported by this contract focus on the implementation, operations, and maintenance of systems and data processing workflows supporting NIAID clinical research studies. The foundational framework and tools will include the design and implementation of systems, user support and operations, as well as core infrastructure and technology support.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work. Reporting requirements include monthly progress reports, assumption plan, technical progress reports, source code and object code delivery. The Contractor must protect government information and information systems in accordance with HHS/NIH policies and level of risk. Compliance with Privacy Act requirements is necessary.
