ID: RFQ1681915 • Alt ID: 83622 • Type: Solicitation

Description

Market Research Purposes. See attached Sources Sought Notice and draft SOW.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking access to timely, analysis-ready clinical data for residents of long-term care facilities (LTCFs) to support public health programs and emergency response. With over 2 million people residing in LTCFs nationwide, this vulnerable population is at a higher risk of poor health outcomes. The CDC aims to use insights from the analysis of clinical data to inform national, state, and local public health programs and interventions. The data will be used for public health studies and surveillance of conditions or care during residents' stay in LTCFs, including antibiotic-resistant infections, antimicrobial and antibiotic use, respiratory viruses, blood pressure control, hypertension, diabetes, healthcare-associated infections, and other chronic and infectious conditions. The contract period is from August 5, 2024 to August 4, 2027, with a base period and two option periods. The contract will be performed offsite with no travel required.
