Background
The solicitation is for Clinical Data Management for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Center for Cancer Research (CCR). The requirement is to support the creation of a data catalog and create new SOPs. The CCR clinical research databases are used to support multi-institute studies. The hosting questions are not applicable to this work. Training sessions are anticipated to be remote/virtual.
The period of performance for the current contract is from 01/15/2020 to 01/14/2023.

Work Details
The offeror will be required to create all new SOPs and develop a comprehensive response by reading the Statement of Work carefully. The offerors need to prepare their proposal based on their approach to meet the requirements of the SOW. The technical proposal should demonstrate conformance with Section 508 and provide evidence demonstrating personnel capability and experience in all data management functions, including a standardized approach to data management activities and contract staff training on Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP). Corporate capabilities should be described in detail, including prior and current experience in furnishing services similar to each area described in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The current contract's period of performance is from 01/15/2020 to 01/14/2023. The start date for the new contract is 1/15/2023, with an anticipated 2-week transition-in period.
