The Contractor shall operate the Clearfield Job Corps Center, which includes providing academic, career technical, career success skills, and career development training, and related support services, for a PLANNED-On Board Strength (OBS) total of 1,002 students consisting of 694 residential male students, 272 residential female students, 18 nonresidential male students, and 18 nonresidential female students.

Background
The U.S. Department of Labor, through the Job Corps Acquisition Services, is seeking a contractor to operate the Clearfield Job Corps Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing academic, career technical, career success skills, and career development training, as well as related support services for a planned total of 1,002 students, including residential and nonresidential male and female students.
