Cleaning of Food Service Exhaust Fans and Ducts for Dining Facilities in USAG Yongsan Casey

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Yongsan-Casey, which is responsible for maintaining facilities and ensuring safety standards.

The mission of this contract is to provide cleaning services for food service exhaust fans and ducts at various dining facilities to prevent fire hazards caused by grease accumulation. This requirement is in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 420-1 and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 96, applicable to all facilities under USAG Yongsan-Casey jurisdiction, which includes multiple locations in South Korea.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive cleaning services for kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and rooftop exhaust fans at designated facilities. The work includes:

1. Cleaning of food service exhaust fans and ducts based on a specified schedule for each building listed in the attached Technical Exhibit (TE)-02.
2. Ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and Local Laws, Regulations, and Directives.
3. Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required for the performance of the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Maintaining historical data and preparing required reports as specified in the contract deliverables.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple phases from December 13, 2026 to December 12, 2031, with specific tasks scheduled throughout this period.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various dining facilities located within USAG Yongsan-Casey in South Korea, including Camp Casey and Camp Hovey in Dongducheon City; Warrior Base, Bonifas and Swiss/Swede in Paju City; Rodriguez Range in Pocheon City; Koryson in Kwanghwa-do; and USAG Yongsan in Seoul.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have or obtain the requisite business licenses from the Republic of Korea (ROK) government to conduct business legally within ROK laws regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. Contractors not already doing business in Korea must provide verification of their licenses with their initial proposal or quote.
