Cleaning and/or Mold Remediation, NPS-CRLA

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a contract for cleaning and/or mold remediation and interior restoration services at Crater Lake National Park, located in Klamath County, Oregon. The mission of the NPS is to preserve the natural and cultural resources of the national parks for the enjoyment of future generations. This contract aims to restore specific residential units that have been affected by water intrusion and microbial growth, ensuring they are safe and habitable.

Work Details
The contractor will perform cleaning and/or restoration services for seven specific residential units at Crater Lake National Park: units 24, 28, 31, 32, and within Building 34, units 34A, 34B, and 34C. The work includes:
- For units 24, 28, and 32: Mold cleaning, sanitation, demolition of affected drywall and plaster surfaces due to water intrusion, and restoration of these surfaces.
- For units 31, 34A, 34B, and 34C: General cleaning services without evidence of current water damage or mold.
- Selective demolition involving the removal of approximately 65 square feet of water-damaged ceiling materials per unit as necessary. All work must be performed throughout each unit including closets and crawlspaces as required based on field conditions.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from August 3, 2026 to September 2, 2026.

Place of Performance
Crater Lake National Park, Klamath County, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in mold remediation and restoration services. Contractors are required to furnish any necessary performance and payment bonds.
