Clean and Inspect RED FOX Marine Sanitation System, USCGC GREENBRIER

Background
The United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans is seeking a qualified contractor to clean and inspect the RED FOX Marine Sanitation System, Model RF-500-FP-CBPN-D. This requirement is part of the maintenance for the USCGC GREENBRIER and USCG 130 BARGE, ensuring that the sanitation systems are functioning correctly and in compliance with relevant standards. The contractor must provide a certified Technical Representative familiar with the system to oversee the work.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. Clean and inspect the Red Fox Marine Sanitation System Model RF-500-FP-CBPN-D, including sewage aeration tank and filter tank located in the aft hold.

2. Provide a certified Technical Representative from Red Fox Environmental Services to assist with repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer's procedures.

3. Remove and dispose of all contents, fluids, and residues in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Clean all interior surfaces of the tanks free of foreign materials, sediment, and sludge without damaging tank coatings.

5. Inspect all interior surfaces including bulkheads, floor plating, structural members, manhole cover surfaces, fasteners, and gasket seating surfaces.

6. Conduct operational tests before and after repairs in the presence of Coast Guard personnel to verify system functionality.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during FY2025 as part of dockside availability for maintenance.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at Coast Guard facilities in New Orleans.
