Class 2 & Class 3 Treated Wood Poles in Various SI   2

Background
The Southwestern Power Administration (SWPA), part of the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking to procure treated wood poles to support its operations. This contract aims to provide Class 2 and Class 3 treated wood poles in various sizes for maintenance and infrastructure needs across multiple locations in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. The acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor through a combined synopsis/solicitation process.

Work Details
The contract includes the supply of Class 2 and Class 3 treated wood poles with specific requirements as follows:
- **Class 2 Poles**:
- 65 FT: 20 EA
- 70 FT: 20 EA
- 75 FT: 20 EA
- **Class 3 Poles**:
- 65 FT: 20 EA
- 70 FT: 20 EA
- 75 FT: 15 EA
- 85 FT: 3 EA
- **Additional Requirements**:
- All poles must be straight, live-cut Southern Yellow Pine or Pacific Coast Douglas Fir.
- Must conform to the latest American Standard Association Specifications for Wood Poles.
- Treatment must comply with AWPA standards using the empty cell process.
- Delivery is required FOB Destination to specified locations including Jonesboro, AR; Gore, OK; and Springfield, MO. Certified test reports are also required for quality assurance.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected within approximately 98 days after award.
