Civilian Drug Free Workplace and Medical Review Officer (MRO) Support Services

Background
The Washington Headquarters Services - Acquisition Directorate (WHS-AD) is issuing this solicitation for Civilian Drug Free Workplace and Medical Review Officer (MRO) Support Services. The contract aims to provide comprehensive support services related to drug testing and management for civilian employees, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

The agency's mission includes maintaining a drug-free workplace and safeguarding the health and safety of its workforce.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Collection Support Services: Conduct CONUS and OCONUS collections, including scheduling and program management as per Performance Work Statement (PWS) Sections 5.1, 5.2, and 5.6.

2. MRO Review and Reporting: Perform reviews of Civilian Testing Designated Positions (TDPs) in accordance with PWS Sections 5.1, 5.3, and 5.6.

3. Litigation Support: Provide documentation package preparation and telephonic consultations as outlined in PWS Sections 5.4 and 5.6.

4. MRO Testing Services Support: Include Bottle B Testing and Oral Fluid Collections as per PWS Sections 5.1, 5.5, and 5.6.

5. Supplies for Urine Collection: Provide necessary supplies such as bottles, chains of custody forms, mailing, and shipping for both CONUS and OCONUS collections according to PWS Sections 1.6.14 and 5.6.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be defined in the contract but is expected to cover multiple years with options for extension based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), as required.
