This is a small business set-aside, two-phase, design-build, construction solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide design, repair, and construction support for Civil Works projects in multiple locations throughout SAM Civil Works boundaries. Phase One will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36. Amendment 0001 posted 21 February 2024 extends the response date and includes several updates to the specs. THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 02 IS TO REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT FOR BID GUARANTEES (OFFER GUARANTEE) ON THE 1442 BLOCK 13B.
