Civil Rights and Tolerance Training

The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is seeking a contractor to provide virtual civil rights and tolerance training for the GSA workforce. The objective is to improve organizational culture and equip employees with valuable skills to create a more civil, inclusive, and productive workplace. The contractor will be responsible for delivering immersive virtual training that is highly interactive and engaging, incorporating adult learning methodologies and communication models. The training should cover topics such as civil rights, anti-harassment, hostile work environment, and tolerance, with a focus on transferring concepts from the training environment to the work environment. The duration of each course should not exceed 90 minutes, and the contractor must also provide evaluation methods for each training activity. The contract has a 12-month base period and will be performed virtually.
