Civil and Structural Engineering Work within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community   2

Background
The contract is for the Civil and Structural Work in USAG Bavaria, Hohenfels Military Community, Germany. It includes all civil and structural engineering work within USAG Bavaria, Hohenfels Military Community (East Camp, Field Camps, Ranges and Mouts in the Hohenfels Military Community and Local Training Area (LTA) Amberg, Freihoelser Forst). The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of Euro 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 10,000,000.00. The solicitation will be sent on 28 February 2024 with a closing date of 02 April 2024. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with 5.202(a)(12).

Work Details
The work includes Civil and Structural Engineering Work within USAG Bavaria, Hohenfels Military Community. The cumulative value of all orders may be placed up to the stated maximum amount of the contract for Civil and Structural Engineering Work within USAG Bavaria, Hohenfels Military Community as per the Specifications in Attachment I and the Price Schedule in Attachment II.
Prices for the individual years must be inserted for each specification item in the price schedule in Attachment II. The specification items include all types of work that may be performed.

Period of Performance
01 August 2024 - 31 July 2027

Place of Performance
Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
