CIT Cloud Services BPA Sources Sought Notice

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), and the Center for Information Technology (CIT) have issued a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for the purpose of gathering information from qualified vendors regarding Cloud Professional Support Services (CPSS). The goal is to establish a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for professional services related to cloud service management across NIH Institutes, Centers, and Offices. The scope of work includes setting standards for cloud service management, planning the migration of applications and data to the cloud, and continuous improvement of Service-Level Objectives (SLO). BPA holders will also have opportunities to bid on Order Requests (OR) and act as intermediaries between CIT/NIH ICOs and cloud service providers.
