Cisco Switch Upgrade   2

Background
The U.S. Court of International Trade is seeking to upgrade its network infrastructure, specifically focusing on the installation of new Cisco switches and the configuration of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The goal is to enhance the network's performance and security posture, supporting a modern cybersecurity strategy through the implementation of Zero Trust architecture.

Work Details
The project consists of two main parts:

1) Network switch installation, cable management, and switch configuration;
2) Cisco ISE optimization. The vendor will replace existing Cisco 3850 access switches with new Cisco 9300 models (48-port and 24-port), perform cable management, label cables, create diagrams for ports, and integrate the new switches into the existing DNA Center. Specific tasks include:

- Replace aging switches with:
- C9300-48P-E: Catalyst 9300 48-port POE+ Network Essentials (Quantity: 17)
- C9300-24P-E: Catalyst 9300 24-port POE+ Network Essentials (Quantity: 3)
- Stack switches in ten IDF closets.
- Label ethernet cables and create port diagrams.
- Import new switches into the existing DNA Center.
- Clean up existing cabling using correct lengths and manage connections from patch panels to new switches.
- Provide engineering support post-cutover for a total of sixteen hours over two phases, including knowledge transfer sessions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from June 24, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

The work will be performed at the U.S. Court of International Trade located at 1 Federal Plaza, New York, N.Y., 10278.
