This procurement is for a one-time award of a high-priority purchase order. It will be procured against a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract under SIN 511210. Quote prices may not exceed the proposed awardee's MAS price in order to be considered for award. Please provide a copy of your item's specification sheet.* *A letter of supply is required.* The award will be conducted based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. Technical specification include that quoted part numbers is Brand Name or Equal to the requested part numbers and delivery schedule. Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI. Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Brand Name or Equal to the P/Ns listed above. Items are subject to review by the Northeast and Caribbean Supply & Acquisition Technical Branch and the customer prior to award. No open market quote will be evaluated. All quotations shall be submitted electronically via the GSA eBuy system. *Vendor must submit quote utilizing the Excel Quote worksheet (see Attachment 1) as an attachment through the eBuy system.
