Cisco Hardware Floor Switch and Supporting Licenses

Background
The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is seeking to enhance its technological capabilities by acquiring Cisco Hardware Floor Switch and Supporting Licenses. This acquisition aims to replace the current Cisco 3850 floor switch solution, which is reaching its end-of-life, with the Cisco C9300L model switch. The ONR supports science and technology innovation by funding collaborative research and development efforts within the Department of the Navy (DoN).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items and services as part of this contract:
- Cisco C9300L Model Floor Switches and associated licenses as detailed in Section J, Attachment 1.
- Specific items include:
- C9300L-48P-4X-A: Catalyst 9300L 48p PoE, Network Advantage, 4x10G Uplink - Quantity: 7
- C9300L-DNA-A-48: Cisco DNA Advantage, 48-port license - Quantity: 7
- Additional components such as transceivers, power supplies, and management tools.
- The vendor is responsible for shipping all hardware to ONR, installation, configuration, migration from the current system without operational interruption, and providing necessary training and documentation. The vendor must also adhere to the DoD Risk Management Framework for cybersecurity.

Period of Performance
The overall contract delivery period is set to be completed before November 30, 2026.
