The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Chief of Contracting Office (COCO) will host a CISA Exercises Support Services Industry Day virtually via Microsoft Teams on Monday, August 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

The goal of the Industry Day event is to provide an overview of the draft SOW and an opportunity for questions and answers, which will be posted prior to the event.

Registration Instructions:

Registration is required for each attendee. Industry partners are limited to no more than two (2) individuals per company.

If you are interested in attending the virtual Industry Day event, please register using the link attached no later than Friday, August 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Please submit any questions to the point of contacts listed in this announcement no later than Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Briefing slides will be posted the day of the event.

Background
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is hosting an Industry Day event to provide an overview of the draft Statement of Work (SOW) for CISA Exercises Support Services. The goal of the event is to offer an opportunity for questions and answers, with a focus on improving the readiness of federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial government agencies as well as critical infrastructure sector partners.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide full-spectrum exercise support services to CISA in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This includes planning, conduct, evaluation, and management of cyber and infrastructure security exercise efforts. The tasks involve program management and analytical support, exercise design, development, conduct, and evaluation, strategic planning and communications, exercise-related training, call order management, project management plan presentation, periodic reports submission, and government furnished information access.

Place of Performance
The place(s) of performance will be identified on a call order basis. This may include CISA offices located at 1310 North Courthouse Rd., Arlington, VA 22201; other CISA facilities in the North Arlington, VA area; Contractor facilities; remote personal residence work locations; identified exercise locations; and other locations as directed by CISA.
