CIS Secure Suite Membership

Background
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is seeking to procure a CIS SecureSuite Membership to enhance its cybersecurity capabilities. The goal of this contract is to provide FERC access to multiple cybersecurity resources that assist in building securely configured servers, workstations, websites, and applications. This procurement is being conducted under RFQ #89603025Q0068 as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services.

Work Details
The contract includes the following specific products and services:
- CIS SecureSuite Membership
- Access to cybersecurity resources including:
- CIS-CAT Pro configuration assessment tool
- Build content
- Full-format CIS Benchmarks
- Quantity: 1 membership for end users with 1,000-4,999 employees.
- Product Code: CIS-SSM-ENDU-005K.
- The membership will be delivered as software licenses, which will be sent via email to FERC's designated contact with a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Software license renewals will require electronic submission of instructions for obtaining the renewal.

Period of Performance
The overall period of performance for this contract is one (1) base year, beginning on September 12, 2025, and ending on September 11, 2026.

Place of Performance
Deliverables will be performed at the FERC Headquarters located at 888 First Street NE, Washington DC 20426.
