The Office of the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer (DoD CIO) is planning to issue a competitive full and open solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price/Labor Hour/Time and Material hybrid contract. The proposed solicitation number is HQ0034-24-R-0021. The contracting office address is Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate, located at 4800 Mark Center Drive, Suite 09F09, Alexandria, VA 22350. The anticipated solicitation release date is December 4, 2023.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing professional, scientific, and technical services to the Office of the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer (DoD CIO). The commercial portion of this acquisition will utilize 'Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.' Past Performance and Price will be evaluated according to FAR subpart Part 15.3 and 15.4, respectively.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the contract is a five-year ordering period with no options.
