The project is to construct civil site improvements at the Chena River Lakes Flood Control Project near North Pole, Alaska. The site improvements include replacement of approximately 140 dry drainage culverts ranging from 24-inch to 30-inch in diameter, replacement of one 6-foot diameter culvert in River Park, repaving of Laurance Road, paving of parking areas along Laurance Road, paving of Moose Creek Landing Road and Parking Area, and improvements to parking and trails at Bathing Beauty Pond. The Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards as well as all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and procedures.
