Description

See attachment 1333ND25QNB030434 for soliciation details.

Background
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting a CHIPS project to construct a new synchrotron beamline at SURF III for a dedicated radiometry and detector calibration facility. This facility will support the semiconductor industry's power measurement needs. The project requires vacuum valves to separate various sections of the beamline, which must operate under clean, ultra-high-vacuum (UHV) conditions. These valves are essential for venting, pumping operations, and protecting the accelerator vacuum chamber from pressure rises.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following vacuum valves:
1. **DN100 Pneumatic Valve**
- Quantity: 2
- Specifications: UHV compatible, DN100 (6 in) ConFlat flanges with tapped imperial thread holes, double-acting pneumatic operation, 120 VAC solenoid, open and closed indicator switches.

2. **DN40 Pneumatic Valve**
- Quantity: 1
- Specifications: UHV compatible, DN40 (2.75 in) ConFlat flanges with tapped imperial thread holes, double-acting pneumatic operation, 120 VAC solenoid, open and closed indicator switches.

3. **DN40 Manual Valves**
