Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior Base Operating Support/Facilities support work at NAWS China Lake under contract N6247325D0013, awarded to Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance Services with values of approximately $24.6M (08/16/25–08/15/27) and a base-year task order value of about $24.5M (08/16/25–08/15/26). The prior work includes facilities support and related services such as utilities/environmental support and recurring maintenance activities (e.g., pest control, VTE inspection and preventative maintenance, grease trap and oil/water separator services, janitorial/laundry support), which aligns with the current BOSC scope covering comprehensive facilities support services, emergency response, quality management, and ongoing performance reporting at the same installation.
