Imaging

Background
The Department of Defense Health Agency is issuing a non-personal services contract to provide maintenance, repairs, and services on two Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) chillers located at MRI Clinic BLDG 314, Winn Army Community Hospital (WACH), Fort Stewart, GA. The contract serves a core function in the readiness of the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) by ensuring continuity in patient services and reducing the risk of loss of MRI functions/capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide inspections, preventative maintenance, services, and repairs for the specified MRI chillers. This includes full coverage maintenance, services, and repairs 24/7 with a 24-hour on-site response time for repairs and 6-hour response time for emergency critical services. The contractor must also submit a Field Service Report (FSR) for all services performed to both chillers. Additionally, the contractor shall comply with transition-out requirements of the DHA for contractors who have been issued a CAC or who generate 'records'.

The estimated Period of Performance (PoP) is from 15 July 2023 to 31 May 2027.
