Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is issuing a solicitation for Chiller Maintenance Services at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) chiller equipment across multiple VA facilities.

This service is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive chiller maintenance services including:
1. Annual Service for 28 chiller units at Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Livermore locations.
2. Semi-Annual Service for 28 chiller units at the same locations.
3. Tube cleaning of water-cooled chillers as required at each location.
4. Coil cleaning of air-cooled chillers as required at each location.
5. Repairs and emergency services as required at each location.

- Menlo Park Division: 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025
