CHILD YOUTH PROGRAM COORDINATION SERVICES -FINAL SOLICITATION

These non-personal professional services provide direct support to the Soldier-Family programs within each state, the three U.S Territories as well as the District of Columbia. These services will continue the CYP Services that are being executed under an existing Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) task order, W9133L-12-D-0005-0006. The services will encompass both national and state level tasks in the major areas of Program Management, Training, Reporting, Analysis and Marketing as they relate to the Child Youth Services.
The place of performance will be at set locations within each state/territory where services are being provided.
The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 624190, entitled Other Individual and Family Services. The corresponding small business size standard is $11 Million. The requirement will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set Aside and will be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other applicable regulations and FAR supplements. The Government anticipates the resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Cost Reimbursable (CR) Travel.
Initial questions and comments from vendors regarding the draft solicitation shall be submitted no later than 15Nov17/1:00pm (EST) and utilize the enclosed VendorQuestion.xls spreadsheet. The completed spreadsheet shall be submitted to the below address with "W9133L-18-R-0001 Questions" as the subject line. Any future question submission deadlines will be outlined within the final solicitation document.
