Background
The West Virginia Army National Guard is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Child Development Center Support Services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The Government will entertain other NAICS Codes.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Child Development Center Support Services, including maintaining health and sanitation requirements, ensuring LOSS is provided at all times, maintaining DoD Certification and NAEYC accreditation, establishing and maintaining developmentally age-appropriate staff-child interactions, providing nutritious snacks and meals meeting USDA standards, complying with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting procedures, meeting staffing requirements for each age group of children, cooperating with ad hoc reports on an as-needed basis, developing a plan for reporting allegations of child abuse, submitting a monthly statement of total parental fees collected, providing a Master Roster of enrolled children and current staff, reporting ALL Contractor labor hours required for performance of services provided under this contract annually, submitting Standard Operating Procedures within 60 days of contract award and updating them annually, submitting Customer Satisfaction bi-annually, and submitting a Transition Plan within 60 days of contract award.
