SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the Child Development Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH.

As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Brand Name Sole Source - Trane Chillers - Manufacturer is required as they are the base standard for chiller systems.

Brand Name Sole Source - Predator Linx Intrusion Detection System - Manufacturer is required in order to tie into the base intrusion detection system.

Sole Source - AES Ohio Inspection and Connection (utility connection). AES Ohio Inspection and Connection is the sole provider of electric utility services in the area.

*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 4:00 PM ET on 17 March 2022 to meranda.r.booth@usace.army.mil.
