Background
The American Embassy in Lisbon is seeking a contractor for the refurbishment of the master bathroom at the Chief of Mission's Residence. The goal is to modernize the facilities to meet high-end residential standards, addressing age-related deterioration and improving functionality and aesthetics.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a comprehensive refurbishment of the master bathroom, which includes:

1) Modernizing sanitary installations, electrical infrastructure, cabinetry, lighting systems, finishes, and functional layout.

2) Addressing issues related to outdated finishes and fixtures that compromise comfort and usability.

3) Improving the layout for better space utilization and user-friendliness.

4) Enhancing storage solutions and circulation within the bathroom.

5) Upgrading the shower enclosure to ensure comfort, accessibility, and functionality.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and complete it within 25 calendar days.

Bidder Requirements
