The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has a requirement for Chief Financial Officer Audit support throughout Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland. This acquisition will be a 5-year contract. All work will be performed monthly. See Attachment for PWS, QASP, and technical exhibits. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 561990 and the size standard is $16.5 million. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. All questions are due in writing by no later than April 30th, 2024 at 10:00 AM.

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has a requirement for Chief Financial Officer Audit support throughout Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland. The acquisition will be a 5-year contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Chief Financial Officers Audit Readiness Support, including Real Property Administration Services, Leases, and Geospatial Information and Services. The contractor shall inspect, collect, document, and enter all required data elements for each asset into GFEBS. They shall also ensure that all physical and/or digital real property file folders contain all required documentation and are formatted in accordance with OPORD 23-022, FY23 Real Property Audit Guidance and the Chief Financial Officers Act (CFO Act).
The contractor shall conduct physical inspections of assets, collect real property records, and perform real property record updates.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed monthly over a period of 5 years.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland.
