Chemistry and Immunoassay CPRR

Request for a Chemistry and Immunoassay Cost-Per-Reportable Result (CPRR) Program, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), for the El Paso VA Health Care System, El Paso, TX. See Attachment 1, Statement of Work, for the specifications of the requirement. This solicitation includes FAR clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Funding is currently not available for this requirement. The government anticipates funding at the new fiscal year; on or after 1 October 2022. See Attachment 2, Price List, for the test schedule. Attachment 2 is added as an Excel worksheet for ease of quote. Vendor may complete Attachment 2, or provide a quote in their own format. The tests in Attachment 2 may be added as Subline Items in the resultant BPA. This solicitation includes submission of information other than price. See attached document Evaluation Criteria for information/documentation requested for offer submission. Assessment of offers will be conducted by Comparative Evaluations of Offers. See attached document Evaluation Criteria for the criteria that will be used for Technical Capability assessment. This solicitation includes FAR provision 52.237-1, Site Visit. A formal site visit has not been scheduled for this solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to understand the site conditions prior to providing an offer. It is requested that all questions regarding the solicitation be submitted by 19 July 2022. It is anticipated that award of the BPA will be made to the successful offeror prior to Order funding in order to complete installation and validation requirements.
