Background
The Department of Clinical Laboratory and Pathology Services at Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center, located in Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, is seeking to procure chemistry analyzers, immunoassay analyzers, and an automated specimen tracking system. The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of necessary maintenance services, supplies, and reagents for automated specimen processing. This initiative aims to enhance laboratory capabilities and improve patient testing efficiency.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items and services:
- **CLIN 0001**: 12 Months of Chemistry CPRR (Cost-Per-Reportable-Results) for chemistry analyzers, immunoassay analyzers, and an automated specimen track system. This includes all necessary maintenance services, supplies, and reagents required for automated specimen processing. The monthly unit price will be a firm-fixed price based on estimates provided in the Statement of Objectives.
- **CLIN 0002**: 1 Job for Installation/Validation of equipment.

All analyzers must be fully interoperable with the Cerner Military Health System (MHS) Genesis Lab Information System. The vendor is required to provide training for all equipment at no additional charge. An approved Authorization to Operate (ATO) is mandatory before use. The specifications include:
1. Supply two floor-standing integrated clinical chemistry/immunoassay analyzers with discrete random access.
2. Capability to process a full chemistry and immunoassay result menu.
3. Must have FDA-approved results or provide alternatives at the vendor's expense.
4. Features such as sample and reagent barcode reading capability, automatic dilution of samples, quality control programs meeting CAP requirements, and more are required.

Base period from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026 with options extending through 30 September 2030.
