Chemical Toilet Support

Background
Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow is issuing a Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirement Type Contract to provide support and services for chemical toilets and equipment throughout MCLB Barstow, Nebo and Yermo Annexes.

The contract aims to ensure the availability of chemical toilets for various locations including firing ranges and field training areas.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for supplying all equipment, labor, transportation, materials, tools, supplies, and supervision necessary to furnish and service chemical toilets and hand wash stations.

This includes providing standard units, handicap units, hand wash stations, and drip pans at specified locations within the Yermo and Nebo Annexes. The contractor must manage cleaning, resupplying, waste removal, and transportation to approved disposal sites. Additionally, the contractor must coordinate placement and servicing of units with an option for two location moves per year.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period from date of award through 08 February 2025 with four option periods: Option One from 09 February 2025 – 08 February 2026; Option Two from 09 February 2026 – 08 February 2027; Option Three from 09 February 2027 – 08 February 2028; Option Four from 09 February 2028 – 08 February 2029; plus an option to extend up to six months until 08 October 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow's Nebo (approximately 1879 acres) and Yermo (approximately 1859 acres) Annexes.
