Background
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued pursuant to 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. The RFP is issued as full and open competition to establish a single award hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Fixed Price – Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA), Time and Material (T&M) contract for Chemical Management Services (CMS) / Third Party Logistics (3PL) Services for DLA Aviation in support of their customer Warner Robins – Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC).

Work Details
The contract includes Chemical Management Services (CMS) / Third Party Logistics (3PL) Support Services for DLA Aviation in support of Warner Robins - Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC). The requirement includes a base period and four one-year option periods. A pre-proposal conference will be held at Warner Robins – Air Logistics Complex on 30 May 2024. An agenda and registration instructions are posted to the website.

Period of Performance
The base period will consist of a five-month Phase-In Period followed by seven months Full Performance for the CMS and 3PL services. Anticipated Start date: 02/01/2025; Base Period: 07/01/2025 – 01/31/2026; Option Year 1: 02/01/2026 – 01/31/2027; Option Year 2: 02/01/2027 – 01/31/2028; Option Year 3: 02/01/2028 – 01/31/2029; Option Year 4: 02/01/2029 – 01/31/2030
