Chattahoochee Valley Region Reception

Background
The United States Army Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) is seeking catering and event facility services for the Chattahoochee Valley Region Reception, an annual event hosted by the MCoE Commanding General to strengthen community relations between Ft. Moore leaders, state and local government officials, and community partners throughout the Chattahoochee Valley Region. The goal of the contract is to provide premier food and beverage service operations to senior military leaders, local and state civilian elected officials, international liaisons, and other local distinguished guests.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a facility, catering, and bar services for approximately 300 attendees. This includes providing a facility to accommodate not more than 300 people within the city of Columbus, Georgia, complying with all state guidelines for food service, providing food/beverage service, trained food service personnel, food service items such as tables, serving trays, waiter/waitress support, matching table linen, food displays, utensils, and clean equipment. Additionally, premium centerpieces for all seated tables along with matching table décor for standing tables are required. The contractor must also provide a paved, lighted parking area with security and handicap accessibility in the parking lot and facility. The contractor should have various qualifications including hygiene certification in catering, business license, food establishment license, USDA food safety inspection certification, food service permit, liquor license and licensed bartender to provide alcoholic beverage services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is scheduled for May 10th, 2024 in the evening hours not to exceed 3 hours.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Moore in Columbus, Georgia.
