Charter Flight Services for ICE

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE) is issuing this competitive RFQ to solicit GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Category 481211B & 481211O Transportation & Logistics Services Transportation of Things Air Charter Services Brokers & Owner Operated contract holders, for the purpose of awarding a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-3. The Government intends to issue a single-award BPA resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The resulting award will have a period of performance of five (5) years. The Government will not provide information in response to telephone calls. Contacting other DHS personnel regarding this solicitation in an attempt to gain procurement-sensitive information may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
