Background
The objective of this contract is to provide transportation services for personnel and baggage between El Paso International Airport and Fort Bliss, Texas. This requirement is specifically for the transportation of foreign military personnel, with the contract being issued by the relevant government agency responsible for overseeing such logistics. The agency aims to ensure efficient and reliable transport services that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide one (1) to four (4) 55-passenger charter bus trips per requested day, with an annual total not exceeding one hundred (100) charter bus trips. Services will include:
- Transportation of personnel and baggage to/from El Paso International Airport and Fort Bliss.
- Compliance with Federal Law, Texas State Law(s), OSHA regulations, Army and installation regulations.
- Development and maintenance of a Quality Control System including a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that ensures all contract requirements are met.
- Implementation of corrective actions in response to any deficiencies identified by the government.
- Additional requests may include transport to other locations on Fort Bliss or within a 5-mile radius.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with an option for an additional three years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in El Paso, Texas, specifically between El Paso International Airport and Fort Bliss.
