Charter Bus Service for USCG Academy

Background
The U.S. Coast Guard Academy is seeking a contractor to provide charter bus services for cadets during summer training activities. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe and reliable transportation for cadets on specific dates in July and August 2026.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, dispatch capability, transportation vehicles, fuel, maintenance support, insurance, scheduling coordination, replacement vehicles, and associated operational support necessary to safely transport cadets in support of Coast Guard Academy summer training activities scheduled for 25 July 2026, 1 August 2026, 8 August 2026, and 14 August 2026.

The contractor must ensure compliance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and meet all technical acceptance criteria including vehicle requirements (motor coach 54-passenger), scheduling procedures, record-keeping insights to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and transparency in service delivery.
