A site visit will be held for all interested parties; the date and time will be provided in an amendment to the solicitation.

08 April 2025: Site Visit Information: A site visit will be held for all interested parties on 15 April 2025 at 1400 hours CEST at Ramstein Air Base (AB), Germany. Offerors shall contact SrA Padilla by email at wilfredo.padilla_flores@us.af.mil and/or TSgt Carleen Clinger by email at carleen.clinger@us.af.mil by 0900 hours CEST on 14 April 2025 to confirm attendance and allow the Government sufficient time to coordinate base access (United States (U.S.) Citizens will need to bring their U.S. Passports and provide their social security number (SSN) and German Nationals will need to provide their National ID or Passport). The site visit begins promptly at 1400 hours CEST. Please allow sufficient time to obtain access from the Visitor Control Center (VCC) for access to the Installation. All interested parties will meet in front of Ramstein AB's West VCC, Building 134 (address: Kisling Memorial Drive, Ramstein AB, Germany, 66877).

Background
The contract is issued for Chapel Consolidation Services at or near Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The mission of the agency is to provide religious support and services to military personnel and their families. The goal of this contract is to ensure that religious services, particularly Catholic Masses, are conducted in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing labor and management support for three Catholic Masses on Sundays, including playing the piano or organ, training, scheduling, cantoring, and processing music for liturgies. Specific tasks include:

1. Playing piano and/or organ during the three Sunday Masses and other special services such as memorials and holidays.
2. Selecting all vocal music in compliance with liturgical norms of the Roman Catholic Church.
3. Coordinating with the Senior Ranking Catholic Chaplain on music selection and service execution.
4. Providing a total of 284 units of service throughout the year, where a unit is defined as a single 120-minute block of time for rehearsals or services.
5. Arriving 45 minutes before each Mass to coordinate with the Priest and prepare for sound checks and rehearsals.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period, with specific service requirements scheduled weekly and during special events.
