This notice serves as an update for interested parties on the status of IDEAI-3.

USPTO anticipates issuing a Request for Information (RFI) and conducting an Industry Day.

This notice will be updated periodically as more information becomes available.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has the need for a full range of IT services to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Currently, the USPTO utilizes Infrastructure, Design, Engineering, Architecture, and Integration (IDEAI-2) in order to fulfill its needs. As IDEAI-2 comes to an end, Sources are being sought for IDEAI-3 in order to fulfill the continuing need for IT services.
