Changes to the EFT Banking Info Update Process for USACE Contractors

Attention: Current USACE Contractors

The USACE Finance Center (UFC) will no longer accept UFC Form 23 to update electronic funds transfer (EFT) banking information for vendors. Banking information for vendors will be retrieved from SAM.gov and entered into CEFMS II.

The UFC is coordinating with CEFMS II programmers to implement a direct interface with SAM.gov to obtain updated vendor EFT banking information.

In the interim until CEFMS II is updated, all contractors are directed to notify the UFC via e-mail at: cefc-fc-eft@usace.army.mil when banking information has been updated in SAM.gov. The UFC will access SAM.gov and obtain the updated banking information. Complying with this requirement will help ensure that vendors are paid timely and to the correct bank account.
